The installation (100) comprises two renewable power plants (1, 2) for energy generation, and each power plant (1, 2) comprises a source (1.RES, 2.RES) and an energy storage system (1.ESS, 2.ESS). The method comprises an executing cycle in which a respective actuation setpoint which defines the actuation on the storage systems (1.ESS, 2.ESS) is generated and applied. The executing cycle comprises a step in which a generation setpoint is received for each power plant (1, 2) and the generation of each source (1.RES, 2.RES) is measured and compared with the corresponding generation setpoint, a respective differential being obtained. Both differentials are compared and actuation setpoints are generated based on the result of said comparison.",
