A belt configured of a first inclined belt ply (16), a circumferential direction belt ply (18), a second inclined belt ply (20), and a third inclined belt ply (28) disposed in this sequence, is provided at a tire radial direction outer side of a carcass. When W1, W2, W3, and W4 are the respective widths of the belt plies, W4 > W1, and W4 > W2. With respect to a tire circumferential direction, an angle of cords of the first inclined belt ply (16) is from 45° to 60°, an angle of a cord of the circumferential direction belt ply (18) is 5° or less, an angle of cords of the second inclined belt ply (20) is from 30° to 60°, and an angle of cords of the third inclined belt ply (28) exceeds 5° and is 30° or less. The width W4 of the third inclined belt ply (28) is 80% or more of a ground contact width, and the cords of the second inclined belt ply (20) and the cords of the third inclined belt ply (28) are inclined in opposite directions to each other with respect to the tire circumferential direction.
