An optical device of the present disclosure includes a housing internally having a light source, an optical component including a supporting substrate which is formed of a sapphire plate and has an incident surface and an emission surface through which light from the light source transmits, and a function part disposed on the incident surface or the emission surface; and a heat radiation part made of metal for cooling the function part disposed outside the housing, wherein the heat radiation part is deformable, extendable, or pivotable.
