The present invention relates to a temperature sensor device for sensing the temperature of a windshield of a vehicle, comprising a single printed circuit board comprising a circuitry, in particular, a measurement and control circuitry, a temperature sensor, in particular, a thermistor, mounted to the printed circuit board, and a thermally conductive pad attached to the temperature sensor and arranged to thermally and mechanically directly contact the windshield.
