The housing (2) has an accommodating chamber (21), the accommodating chamber (21) having an opening, and the electrode assembly (1) being accommodated in the accommodating chamber (21). The electrode assembly (1) includes a plurality of electrode units (11), the plurality of electrode units (11) being stacked in an axial direction of the accommodating chamber (21). The top cover assembly (3) includes a top cover plate (31), a first electrode terminal (32) and a second electrode terminal (33), the top cover plate (31) being connected to the housing (2) and located on a side of the electrode assembly (1) in the axial direction, and the first electrode terminal (32) and the second electrode terminal (33) both protruding from the top cover plate (31) and being electrically connected to the electrode assembly (1). In a lengthwise direction of the top cover plate (31), the first electrode terminal (32) and the second electrode terminal (33) are respectively located on two sides of the center of the top cover plate (31), and a distance between the first electrode terminal (32) and the second electrode terminal (33) is D1, a distance between an edge of the top cover plate (31) close to the first electrode terminal (32) and the first electrode terminal (32) is D2, and the value of D1/D2 is 1-6.",
