By applying and fixing the facing material with at least a portion of its rear side onto the self-supporting barrier layer (11), a pre-bond (17) is formed between the barrier layer (11) and the facing material (14-1, 14-2) prior to introduction into the foaming tool (20). Thus, slippage of the facing material during the back-foaming is effectively prevented.",
