CAB FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINE

Provided is a compact and high-strength cab (5) capable of securing an excellent field of view for work. The cab (5) includes a guard (10) protecting a cab body, and a wiper (30) having a blade to wipe a front window member (52) and a blade actuator (33) for actuating the blade. The guard (10) includes a pair of side pillars (11, 11) and an actuator housing beam (12B) interconnecting the side pillars (11, 11) and housing the blade actuator (33). The actuator housing beam (12B) includes a hollow beam body (21) formed with a body opening (212, 213) and a front-rear partition plate (23) partitioning the inside of the beam body (21) into front and rear sections. The body opening (212, 213) allows the blade actuator (33) to be assembled to the front-rear partition plate (23) therethrough.
