The winding collar includes a main body (50) that is formed in a hollow tubular shape, and a clinch part that is formed by joining both end surfaces of the main body by engaging both end surfaces with each other. The winding collar includes a notch (70) that is formed by cutting out part of an annular edge (53) of the main body, and into which a protruding jig for main body positioning during welding is fitted.
