An air cell (Cl to C9) includes a plurality of electrode structures (1) each including a filling chamber (13) for an electrolyte liquid interposed between an air electrode (11) and a metal negative electrode (12); an electrode housing portion (2) individually housing the plural electrode structures (1); and a liquid supply unit (3) which supplies the electrolyte liquid to the plural electrode structures (1). The electrode housing portion (2) includes a plurality of liquid injection holes (22) to inject the electrolyte liquid into the filling chambers (13) of the respective electrode structures (1) and a plurality of liquid junction prevention portions (51 to 58) each dividing a space between the liquid injection holes (22) adjacent to each other. The liquid supply unit (3) includes a liquid injection device (32) allowing the electrolyte liquid to flow into the plural liquid injection holes (22).
