The support member (7) is displaceable in the guides (6, 21) and carries a cantilever arm (10) that holds the overhead line. The cantilever arm (10) consists of a rod formed into an open loop, the ends of which are mounted on the support member (7). This arrangement is simpler and safer than the known arrangements.",
