"textContent": "The invention relates to an automatic transmission with four planetary gear sets (RS1, RS2, RS3, RS4) and seven shift elements (C, B, D, E, A, M, H) for shifting various transmission ratios between an input shaft (AN) and an output shaft (AB). The first and second planetary gear sets (RS1, RS2) form a pre-selector gear set (VS) which can be connected to the input shaft (AN), the third and fourth planetary gear sets (RS3, RS4) form a main gear set (HS) connected to input and output shafts (AN, AB). The pre-selector gear set (VS) and main gear set (HS) are connected to one another via a connecting shaft (W). The pre-selector gear set (VS) is connected to the first through fifth shift elements (C, B, D, E, A), the main gear set (HS) to the sixth and seventh shift elements (M, H). In this case, the seventh shift element (H) is arranged in the power flow between a third element (H04) of the fourth planetary gear set (RS4) and a second element (ST3) of the third planetary gear set (RS3) connected to the output shaft (AB). It is proposed that the sixth shift element (M) be connected in the power flow between a first element (S03) of the third planetary gear set (RS3) and a first element (S04) of the fourth planetary gear set (RS4) connected to the connecting shaft (W).",
