"textContent": "A receiver (12) estimates, from a data group (n) of axle rotation information (Dc) of each axle acquired for each valve ID, a population (E) of the axle rotation information (Dc) of each axle. The receiver (12) calculates a population mean (µ) from the population (E), and, on the basis of the population mean (µ), sets a synchronized wheel acceptable range (R) as an index for determining the validity of the respective axle rotation information (Dc) for each population (E). The receiver (12) then confirms whether the respective axle rotation information (Dc) is included within the synchronized wheel acceptable range (R) of the corresponding population, and identifies a tire position by identifying the axle rotating in synchronism with a tire corresponding to the valve ID. The synchronized wheel acceptable range (R) is updated each time new axle rotation information (Dc) is acquired upon reception of the valve ID.",
