The battery measurement apparatus using X-rays according to the present invention comprises: a first plate which, assuming that one surface of a battery is a first battery surface and another surface of the battery facing the first battery surface is a second battery surface, contacts the first battery surface and presses the battery; a second plate contacting the second battery surface and supporting the battery; and pressing unit for pressing the first plate against the second plate, wherein a first hole through which X-rays pass is formed in the first plate, a second hole through which the X-rays pass is formed in the second plate, and the first hole and the second hole can be formed at positions facing each other.",
