METHOD FOR FORMING THERMALLY SPRAYED COATING
DRIVE
January 4, 2017
A sprayed coating (12) is formed by: pre-heating a cylinder block (1); inserting a spray gun (2) sequentially into cylinder bores (6A to 6D) while conducting exhaust ventilation from a lower side of the cylinder block (1) ; and spraying molten metal droplets (11) onto an inner surface of each cylinder bore. Here, the cylinder bore located while leaving a space of at least one cylinder from the cylinder bore first sprayed is sprayed next.
