A fiberizing equipment and a dry film forming equipment are provided. The fiberizing equipment includes a fiberizing mechanism, an infeed mechanism and a cutting screening mechanism. The fiberizing mechanism includes two fiberizing rollers disposed opposite to each other. An infeed gap is formed between the two fiberizing rollers. The infeed gap includes an infeed port and an outfeed port. The infeed mechanism is located above the infeed port. The cutting screening mechanism is located below the outfeed port and includes a stock bin, a shredding component, and a screen. The screen is located below the shredding component.
