A thermal management pipeline system for a vehicle includes a first refrigerant circulating pipeline configured for cooling or heating a driver cab of the vehicle in a thermal management mode for the driver cab; a second refrigerant circulating pipeline configured for cooling or heating a battery by using cooling capacity or heat obtained from the first refrigerant circulating pipeline in a thermal management mode for the battery, and further configured for cooling the battery of the vehicle by using a refrigerant flowing into the second refrigerant circulating pipeline from a third refrigerant circulating pipeline in a thermal management mode for a waste heat utilization. The third refrigerant circulating pipeline is configured for cooling an electric drive system of the vehicle in a thermal management mode for the electric drive system.
