A roof-mounted air conditioner includes a chassis having indoor air inlet and outlet, a compressor on the chassis, an inner air duct assembly including an inner fan arranged between the indoor air inlet and outlet, an inner air duct component forming an indoor air duct communicating the indoor air inlet and outlet, and an inner air duct fixation cover fixedly connected to the chassis, an outer air duct assembly including an outer air duct fixation member fixedly connected to the chassis and an outer fan fixedly connected to the outer air duct fixation member, an electronic control box assembly arranged between the inner and outer air duct fixation members, and a wire fixation mechanism provided on at least one of the inner air duct fixation cover or the outer air duct fixation member and configured to fix a wire having one end connected to the electronic control box assembly.
