An aircraft power distribution system according to an exemplary aspect of the present disclosure includes, among other things, a power source 14, a load 20, 22, and a power distribution panel 12 receiving power from the power source 14 and selectively providing power to the load 20, 22. The power distribution panel 12 includes a contactor 18 having a housing. A heat sink 58 provides a portion of the housing.
