A locking device for a vehicle walk-in seat includes: a seat cushion part mounted on a movement rail of a seat rail and configured to slidably move along the seat rail, a rear link having a side mounted on a rear portion of the seat cushion part and another side mounted on a rear side of the movement rail, a front link having a side mounted on a front portion of the seat cushion part and another side mounted on a front side of the movement rail of the seat rail, a locking part locked with the rear link or the front link, and a switching guide part mounted on a lower portion of the seat cushion part and configured to move in a state of being seated on a slide guide provided on a fixed rail of the seat rail.
