A seat includes a base frame, side seat cushion frames spaced apart from each other on the base frame on left and right sides and connected to a front hinge pipe on a front side thereof and a rear hinge pipe on a rear side thereof, a seatback frame rotatably fastened to a rear end of the side seat cushion frame, an extension frame connected between the side seat cushion frame and the seatback frame, and a lift that is installed in a lengthwise direction of a set bracket supporting the side seat cushion frame, includes a link part moving forward or rearward due to a driving force of a driving motor, and elevates the rear hinge pipe about the front hinge pipe.
