COMBUSTION CONTROL METHOD AND COMBUSTION CONTROL DEVICE FOR HOT BLAST STOVE

A combustion control method for a hot blast stove including a combustion step of storing, in a regenerator, a quantity of heat input by combusting a mixed gas, and a blast sending step of generating hot blast by supplying cold blast into the regenerator and supplying the generated hot blast to a blast furnace includes the steps of: calculating an actual value of the quantity of heat; calculating a quantity of heat deprived of by the generation of the hot blast; calculating an actual value of thermal efficiency of the hot blast stove; calculating a quantity of heat to be input when hot blast is generated next time; calculating a quantity of the mixed gas to be supplied when hot blast is generated next time; and controlling the hot blast stove based on the calculated quantity of the mixed gas.
