The positive electrode active material layer includes a compound, and the compound includes a transition metal element and an oxoanion and is capable of occluding and releasing lithium ions. The negative electrode includes a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode active material layer . The negative electrode active material layer includes an alloy, and the alloy includes Bi and Ni.
