A current collector including a metal foil, and a primer coating layer formed on at least one surface of the metal foil. A surface roughness (Ra) of the primer coating layer is 0.01 to 1 μm. The primer coating layer may include a carbon-based material and a binder. A surface of the metal foil may have irregularities formed by a rolling of the primer coating layer.
