Chassis Control Chassis control (300) and method for controlling the damping of a human-powered two-wheeler (200) with a controllable shock absorber (100) and a control device (46) and a storage device (45). The shock absorber (100) comprises two connection units (101, 102) that are movable relative to one another, wherein at least one sensor device (20) is provided for capturing measurement data sets (90, 91) relating to a relative movement of the connection units (101, 102) to one another and wherein a filter device (80) is provided for processing the measurement data sets (90, 91). The sensor device (20) captures the displacement signal with a resolution better than 100 µm and measures the displacement signal at a frequency greater than 1 kHz. A plurality of data sets (90, 91) is stored in the storage device (45). A data set (92, 93) derived from a measurement data set (90, 91) captured by the sensor device (20) during the relative movement of the connection units (101, 102) that are movable relative to one another is stored in the storage device (45) and an analysis device (81) is provided with which a stored data set (92, 93) is analyzed. Depending on the result of the analysis, a filter parameter set (82, 83) is determined and with the filter parameter set (82, 83) a control data set (94, 95) is derived from the measurement data set (90, 91), so that the control device (46) controls the shock absorber (100) with the control data set (94, 95).
