The present disclosure provides a power supply and electric vehicle, including a battery, an input component, an output component, and an inverter. The input component includes an alternating current input interface and a direct current input interface; the output component includes an alternating current output interface and a direct current output interface; and the inverter is configured to perform conversion between alternating current and direct current. According to the power supply and electric vehicle, the vehicle has various electric energy inputting forms and has various output ports for alternating current/direct current, so that it is convenient for a user to cope with outdoor emergencies, and the power supply and electric vehicle can be used as an emergency power supply.
