The present invention relates to an assembly (E) comprising: - a support tray (1) for at least one motor vehicle battery comprising a horizontal bottom (11); - a battery (3) housed in the support tray (1) in which it rests vertically supported on the bottom (11); - at least one retaining tab (53) of the battery (3) in the support tray (1); the assembly (E) comprising: - an acoustic absorption panel (5) which extends at least opposite a vertical lateral face, called equipped (310), of the battery (3); - a device for fixing the acoustic absorption panel (5) to the support tray (1), the at least one retaining tab (53) of the battery in the support tray (1) being integrated into the acoustic absorption panel (5).
