A cap (4) is arranged at and protruded from an outer side of the cover plate (3). An insulating member (5) is arranged between the cover plate (3) and the cap (4) to prevent a short between the cover plate (3) and the cap (4). One of the cathode (21) and the anode (22) is electrically connected to the metal housing (1), and another of the cathode (21) and the anode (22) is electrically connected to the cap (4).",
