The rotor includes a rotor yoke and a permanent magnet forming a plurality of magnetic poles facing the tooth tips of the stator core. The magnetic poles and the tooth tips define a gap there between. When the motor is de-energized, the rotor is capable of being positioned at an initial position by a leakage magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet acting with the tooth tips of the stator core.",
