In the case where a valve body 102 is assembled to a motor 101, a moving member 112 is screwed to one end of a rotating shaft 106, the moving member 112 is inserted into the valve member 111, the valve member 111 is abutted on a locking portion 115a, the valve member 111 is prevented from coming off from the moving member 112, the valve member 111 is disposed to an energizing member 122 provided in the body 100, and the valve body 102 can be easily assembled to the motor 101. On the other hand, in the case where the valve body 102 is removed, the valve member 111 prevented from coming off is pulled out from the body 100 with the moving member 112, the valve member 111 is removed from the moving member 112 by releasing coming-off prevention of the valve member 111, further the moving member 112 is removed from the rotating shaft 106, and the valve body 102 can be easily removed.",
