The invention relates to a lighting device (1), in particular for a motor vehicle, comprising two light guides (3, 4), called main guides, and a light guide (13), called a connecting guide, each main guide (3, 4) being provided with a lateral surface (30, 40), the connecting guide (13) being joined in material continuity to each of said main guides (3, 4), at the level of their respective lateral surface (30, 40), said device (1) being configured to supply light to said connecting guide (13) from said main guides (3, 4). The invention further relates to a lighting and/or signaling unit for a motor vehicle comprising such a device (1).
