A mirror device (1) includes: a mirror (2) including a rotation shaft (21); a gear unit (71) having gear teeth (71b) and coupled to the rotation shaft (21); a worm (5) that meshes with the gear teeth (71b); a holding member (3) that supports the worm (5); a motor (4) configured to rotationally drive the rotation shaft (21) via the worm (5) and the gear teeth (71b); and a stopper mechanism (16) that has a rotating member (6) disposed coaxially with the worm (5), and restricts a rotation range of the worm (5), in which the stopper mechanism (16) includes: a first contact portion (62) that is provided on the rotating member (6) and comes in contact with the worm (5) to receive force in the rotation direction from the worm (5); and a second contact portion (63) that is provided on the rotating member (6) and is locked by the holding member (3), the stopper mechanism (16) being configured to allow the worm (5) to rotate relative to the holding member (3) by more than one rotation.
