"textContent": "The invention relates to a method for model-based prediction of a system variable of a motor vehicle, in particular a hybrid vehicle, in which a value or curve of the system variable is predicted on the basis of a system model for an upstream route section as a function of at least one model parameter (S1; S21). According to general aspects of the invention, an actual value or curve of the previously predicted system variable is measured (S2; S22). Depending on a deviation of the predicted value from the measured value of the system variable, at least one model parameter influencing the prediction of the system variable is adjusted (S4; S24) and used for a subsequent prediction of the system variable, wherein the at least one model parameter is adjusted such that the adjusted model parameter would have led to a smaller deviation of the predicted value from the measured value of the system variable.",
