A seat cushion adjusting apparatus (10) includes: a nut support mechanism (80) that supports a nut member (31) on a frame (21) of a seat cushion; and a variable mechanism (70) that changes a length of the seat cushion based on an axial movement of a screw shaft (32) screwed to the nut member (31), wherein the nut support mechanism (80) allows the nut member (31) and the screw shaft (32) to be integrally tilted while restricting rotation of the nut member (31).
