A surface of the guiding member (36) in contact with the dashboard (40) faces an engine compartment-side surface of the dashboard (40) in the direction in which the pushrod (23) is pulled out of the guiding member (36). Thus, displacement of the guiding member (36) in a direction in which the guiding member (36) comes out of the cylinder body (31) is restricted by the engine compartment-side surface of the dashboard (40).",
