A door opening/closing device of a vehicle comprises: collision detection means which detects a collision of the vehicle; and stopping control means which, upon detection of a collision of the vehicle by the collision detection means, implements stopping control for terminating opening/closing control by opening/closing control means to stop the opening/closing operation of a door member.
