Energy management system (44) for an agricultural vehicle arrangement (10), comprising an electrical energy supply unit (30) for supplying a plurality of electrical consumers (18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28) with electrical energy, a consumption monitoring unit (46) for determining an electrical total energy requirement dependent on a current operating state of the electrical consumers (18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28), wherein the consumption monitoring unit (46) performs an estimation of the electrical energy supply available from the electrical energy supply unit (30) and compares it with the determined electrical total energy requirement, in order to reduce the supply of electrical energy to the electrical consumers (20, 22, 24, 26, 28) in dependence on assigned supply priorities when the determined total energy requirement exceeds the available electrical energy supply. In this regard, the consumption monitoring unit (46) performs a dynamic adjustment of the supply priorities in dependence on a changing cooling requirement of a vehicle component (54) cooled by means of at least one of the electrical consumers (28).
