A tractor comprises a chassis (1), a front axle assembly (2), and a front axle support (13) that is rigidly connected to a housing (10) of the front axle assembly (2) and pivotably connected to a bearing (15) on the chassis (1). A cardan shaft (9) for driving rotatable parts of the front axle assembly (2) has a drive-side shaft section (31), an axle-side shaft section (29), and a cardan joint (27) between the shaft sections (29, 31). A passage (25) through which the cardan shaft (9) extends is bounded downwardly by a bridge part (16) that is anchored to the chassis (1) on both sides of the cardan shaft (9) and receives the bearing (15).
