"textContent": "The invention relates to a method for operating an air conditioning system of a vehicle (10) with at least one air outlet (1.1) having an operating element (1.10), wherein the outlet volume is adjusted by means of a touch-sensitive actuating surface (1.11) of the operating element (1.10). According to the invention, it is provided that upon actuation of the operating element (1.10) for a defined first time interval, a slider function for adjusting the outlet volume is activated, upon actuation of the operating element (1.10) for a defined second time interval, which is shorter than the first time interval, a popup menu (3.1) with an optical display of the numerical value of the current outlet volume for adjusting the outlet volume is displayed on a dashboard monitor (3) of the vehicle (10), and by means of a further operating element (2.1, 2.2) in the popup menu (3.1) the adjustment of the outlet volume is performed with simultaneous optical display (4) of the numerical value of the set outlet volume. Furthermore, the invention relates to an operating device for performing the method according to the invention.",
