A combined brake device for vehicles, which comprises a cable (2) configured to activate a mechanical brake (100) by means of a cable pull (Tc) caused by a first activation (101) and a distributing mechanism (3). In turn, said mechanism (3) comprises a brake pump (4) configured to activate a hydraulic brake (200) and an activation cam (5) configured to act on the brake pump (4) through the action of the first activation (101). Likewise, the cable (2) is provided with a sheath (10) linked to the activation cam (5), wherein the cable pull (Tc) generates a reaction pull (Tf) of the sheath (10) capable of causing a movement of the activation cam (5) configured to activate the brake pump (4).
