Essential to the invention is that: - the cylindrical component (2) has two grooves (10) aligned orthogonally to the cylinder axis (9), partially recessed into a lateral surface and running parallel to one another, as well as an end-side blind hole (11), - a holding device (5) is provided with a U-shaped receptacle (6) and a head section (7) with a through opening (8), - the component (2) and the holding device (5) are coordinated with one another in such a manner that the component (2) can be inserted in a form-locking manner with its two grooves (10) into the U-shaped receptacle (6) until the end-side blind hole (11) is aligned with the through opening (8) in the head section (7) of the holding device (5), - a fastening element (12) is provided which can be inserted or screwed through the through opening (8) of the head section (7) into the blind hole (11) of the component (2).",
