PRODUCTION OF A MAGNETIC COIL, MAGNETIC COIL FOR A MAGNETIC ACTUATOR

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a magnetic coil (30) for a magnetic actuator (28), comprising providing a coil carrier (58) having a tube section (60) and a collar (62) adjoining the tube section (60), wherein the coil carrier (58) is designed to receive a coil winding (32); providing a die (94) having a defined inner contour (84) adapted to the coil carrier (58); introducing the coil carrier (58) into the die (94), wherein the collar (62) of the coil carrier (58) rests on a support surface (68) of the die (94); stamping the collar (62) with a punch (104), whereby a flange contour (76) is created on the collar (62), the outline (82) of which is defined by the inner contour (84) of the die (94); and at least partially encapsulating or overmolding the coil carrier (58) with a filling material (66), wherein the flange contour (76) provides a barrier for the filling material (66).
