MANUALLY CONTROLLED DEVICE FOR WINDING A WINDABLE ELEMENT

Winding device (1) with manual control of a rollable element, such as a tarpaulin, around a winding shaft, said device comprising: a drive shaft (2), a fixed support (3), an operating member (4,5), a toothed wheel (6) secured in rotation to the drive shaft (2), a tooth (7), with a drive function, a ratchet (9), with an anti-return function. According to the invention, said operating member (4,5) comprises: - a first lever (4) forming said handle (8), said first lever (4) being articulated to said fixed support (3), according to a pivot axis (A4) distinct from said pivot axis (A2) of said drive shaft (2), - a second lever (5) carrying said drive tooth (7), said second lever (5) being articulated to said first lever (4) according to a pivot axis (A5) between the first and said second lever, - spring means between the first lever (4) and said second lever (5), constraining said second lever (5) and the tooth (7) carried by said second lever (5) in the direction of the toothed wheel (6).
