HEATING/COOLING STORAGE CONTAINERS FOR AUTOMOBILE USE
DRIVE
October 5, 2016
A heating/cooling storage container system is disclosed. The container system 100 uses the conditioned (hot/cold) air from the HVAC system of a motor vehicle. A control switch 1A is used to activate an air distribution valve 1, directing the conditioned air of the vehicle, before blowing out from outlets on the dashboard. The conditioned air first flows into a built-in hermetic storage compartment 2 next to the vehicle driver, and then into a portable storage container 4 to keep items in both containers at a desired temperature, without affecting the designed function of the vehicle's HVAC system.
