The invention relates to a fuel injection valve (10; 10a) for internal combustion engines, with a valve body (11) in which a blind hole bore (12; 12a) with a longitudinal axis (13) is formed, wherein the blind hole bore (12; 12a) has a first section (15; 15a) which forms a seating section (16; 16a) for a sealing surface (21) of an injection needle (20), and with a second section (22) in the region of which at least one injection opening (25) is formed, wherein the two sections (15; 15a, 22) are differently shaped such that between the two sections (15; 15a, 22) in the direction of the longitudinal axis (13) a transition (28) is formed. According to the invention, it is provided that the at least one injection opening (25) on the side facing the first section (15; 15a) of the blind hole bore (12; 12a) has a convexly formed first inflow region (32), and that the first inflow region (32) viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis (13) is formed extending beyond the transition (28) and into the first section (15; 15a).
