Air grid 1 for exchanging air through an opening in a wall of a vehicle while impeding the intrusion of objects through the opening, comprising a snap-fit fixation means for fixing the air grid in the opening, wherein the fixation means comprises at least one hook element 10 comprising a foot portion 11 and a hook portion 12, the hook portion 12 being resiliently deflectable relative to the foot portion 11 between a fixing position and a release position and the hook element being attached to the air grid via the foot portion on one side of a corner 2 of the air grid, wherein the hook element 12 extends around the corner 2 and the hook portion ends on the other side of the corner 2.
