A cover anchor clip (10) comprising a base section (14) that is a rectangular shaped plate body for retention in a foam body (122), and that is formed with a plurality of through holes into which the foam body (122) enters, the plurality of through holes (36, 38) are lined up along a length direction of the base section in a plurality of rows; and a plurality of anchor portions (34) that are formed standing out from the base section (14) side-by-side in the length direction of the base section, and each of that is configured to anchor an anchored portion (118) fixed to a cover (114, 124) for covering the foam body (122), wherein a notch (16) is formed to one edge (18) out of a pair of edges (18) of the base section (14), the pair of edges (18) extends in the length direction of the base section (14).
