A fixing clip (19) is used for fixing a member (94) to be installed to a body panel (90) and includes a bushing (20) and a lock pin (50). The bushing includes a head (22) and a leg (30). The bushing (20) includes paired engagement hooks (40). Each engagement hook (40) includes a head-side engagement portion (42) and a leg tip-side engagement portion (44) located at a position more spaced toward a tip of the leg (30) than the head-side engagement portion (42). Each engagement hook (40) includes a rib (46) extending from the tip-side engagement portion (44) toward the head (22). When the leg tip-side engagement portion (44) is brought into engagement with the body panel (90), since the fixing clip (10) has been largely inclined relative to the body panel (90), a bending moment acting to the leg (30) is decreased so that the leg (30) is unlikely to be broken at a root (30a) of the leg (30). As a result, a durability of the fixing clip (10) having two steps of engagement portions (42, 44) is more improved than that of a conventional fixing clip having a single engagement portion.
