A storage (reservoir) chamber (40) stores the fluid. A pump (600) includes a cylinder that takes in the fluid in the storage chamber (40) when a distance between a vehicle body and a vehicle wheel increases, and that discharges the fluid when the distance decreases. A passage switch unit switches among a first state in which the fluid discharged from the pump (600) is guided into the accommodation chamber (60) to increase the fluid amount in the accommodation chamber, a second state in which the fluid in the accommodation chamber (60) is guided into the storage chamber (40) to decrease the fluid amount, and a third state in which the fluid amount in the accommodation chamber is maintained. Without electric current supply, the third state is maintained.",
