Adjustment system (1) for adjusting an optically relevant component (2) of a vehicle headlight, comprising - a support frame structure (3) with a first and a second bearing point (LP1, LP2) which form a first axis (z); - a pivot frame (4) arranged at least partially within the support frame structure (3); and - a first adjustment device (5); wherein the pivot frame (4) is designed to receive the optically relevant component (2) and is pivotable, in particular rotatable, by means of the first adjustment device (5) about the first axis (z), preferably about a vertical axis.
