The invention relates to a tipper superstructure for a load transport vehicle, comprising - a frame (3) with two longitudinal members (9) that run essentially parallel to one another and at a distance from each other, - a tipper bridge (5) that is pivotably arranged on the frame (3) in a tipping region between a lowered position and a raised tipping position about a rear-side tipping axis running transversely to the longitudinal members (9), wherein in the lowered position it is supported on the frame (3) oriented in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal members (9), and - a securing support device (13) for supporting the tipper bridge (5) as needed in a maintenance tipping position lying between the lowered position and the raised tipping position, wherein the securing support device has a support element (15) that is adjustable between a passive position and a support position, which in the passive position lies outside the tipping region of the tipper bridge (5), and which is configured to support the tipper bridge (5) in its maintenance tipping position relative to the frame (3) in its support position, wherein the support element (15) is arranged between the longitudinal members (9).
